Easy Gluten Free Bread

A delicious and easy gluten free bread recipe. This recipe is also dairy free and low in carbs.

Equipment

  • Loaf pan
  • Parchment paper

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cup almond flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp gluten free flour
  • 1/2 cup flaxseed meal
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Optional: spray the bottom with cooking spray of choice. Preheat oven to 350.
  • Add the almond flour to a bowl and then add the eggs. Mix together until it forms a paste.
  • Add the gluten free flour, flaxseed meal, olive oil, and sea salt. Mix everything together and pour the mixture into the loaf pan.
  • Cook at 350 for 45 minutes, cool, and enjoy!
