I’m excited to share this easy gluten free bread recipe! The recipe only requires a few ingredients to make. You’ll mix these ingredients together, put the dough in the oven, and will have an awesome bread 45 minutes later. This bread is also dairy free and low carb, which is perfect for those of us with PCOS or other related health concerns.
This easy gluten free bread is soft, fluffy, moist, and tastes great. I wanted to create my own gluten free bread after struggling to find a good fresh option in stores. I honestly feel like delicious gluten free bread is hard to come by. Many breads don’t keep well in the pantry and become stale, or even moldy, quickly.
I have found some tasty frozen gluten free bread products in stores. However, slowly thawing these loaves takes time that I simply don’t have on my busiest days. My recipe takes about three minutes to blend together; then, you just pop it in the oven.
You will need a loaf pan (mine is 9″ by 5″) to make this recipe. I also recommend using parchment paper. I lined the loaf pan with parchment paper before adding in the dough. By doing so, the finished bread did not stick to the pan at all and I was able to slice it easily.

The ingredients you will need for this recipe are:
- Almond flour
- Gluten free flour (only a tiny bit – feel free to omit if you don’t have it on hand)
- Olive oil
- Eggs
- Flaxseed meal
- Sea salt to taste

The full recipe is below. This bread tastes delicious plain, but I have also enjoyed it with peanut butter on top! Other great toppings are hummus, red pepper sauce, pesto, etc.
Easy Gluten Free Bread
Equipment
- Loaf pan
- Parchment paper
Ingredients
- 1.5 cup almond flour
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp gluten free flour
- 1/2 cup flaxseed meal
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- sea salt
Instructions
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Optional: spray the bottom with cooking spray of choice. Preheat oven to 350.
- Add the almond flour to a bowl and then add the eggs. Mix together until it forms a paste.
- Add the gluten free flour, flaxseed meal, olive oil, and sea salt. Mix everything together and pour the mixture into the loaf pan.
- Cook at 350 for 45 minutes, cool, and enjoy!
