Gluten Free Little Bites

Equipment

  • Muffin tin

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup dairy free milk
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 4 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 egg
  • sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350. Add the almond flour and coconut sugar to a bowl. Mix together and pour in 1/2 cup dairy free milk. Mix together again.
  • Add in 1 egg and mix together. Once mixed together, add in chocolate chips.
  • Spray a muffin tin with nonstick spray and add in the mixture. The number of muffins made will vary by what tin you use. You may not fill the entire muffin tin.
  • Cook muffins for 15-16 minutes if they are regular-sized or 14 minutes if they are mini muffins.
  • Once cooked, take muffins out of oven and sprinkle sea salt on top. Let cool for about 5 minutes.
  • For the exact Little Bites taste, transfer the muffins to an airtight container and leave in the fridge overnight.
