Cauliflower Gnocchi with Pesto

Cauliflower gnocchi from Trader Joe's cooked in an air fryer and covered with delicious pesto sauce.

  • Air fryer

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag Trader Joe's cauliflower gnocchi
  • 2 tbsps pesto I used Trader Joe's kale cashew pesto here, but you can use whatever you have on hand
  • olive oil spray
  • garlic powder
  • black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add cauliflower gnocchi to air fryer (from frozen) and spray olive oil on top.
  • Add generous amount of garlic powder and black pepper on top of the gnocchi. Shake around in the air fryer and cook on 390 for 10 minutes.
  • Pause the air fryer around 9 minutes to check on the gnocchi. You want it to be browned on the outside. Depending on your air fryer's settings, you can give it another minute or more than that.
  • When finished, add gnocchi to a bowl. Take 2 tbsp pesto and add to pasta. Mix it around in the bowl to ensure that all gnocchi is covered. Enjoy!
